Unhappy- Excess increase

Good Day
I have only been with MIWAY for past 9 months, you won me over by promising a low excess and excess premuim. I was totally happy with this until i received a letter this month informing me that my excess is going up.
I called the call centre to find out if i can adjust the excess and premuim to better suit my needs. It currently does not suit me, and therefore i will be finding insurance else where.
I think MIWAY fooled me into joining with them because of the low excess and premuim and then knew they would increase this a couple of months later.
I am very dissapointed!
