MiWay is steeling customers by using them

I was for 12years at my Insurance. MiWay give me a better deal and I accept it.
After 3 months Miway sent me a letter that my excess is R3300
I didn't even claim anything so far, and they told me the day that they did the quote that if I have an excess then my premium will go down.
I told them that I don't want a excess so everything work out for me and I accept the quot.
Now after 3 months they told me that my excess is now R3300 and if I not want my excess my premium will go up with R800
If that is the so then MiWay was just using me to get a new client and now with a good relationship of 12 years in down the drain
