POOR/USELESS/WORST SERVICE EVER

I have had trouble with vodacom for the last couple of months, against my better judgement I went and upgraded with them again, just to experience the WORST Service ever. I upgraded to a Sony Xperia Z, Which I took back for a faulty battery. They never phoned me back, I drove all the way to mall@carnival to go find out what is going on, I was welcomed with words that they are not going to replace my phone due to a scratch (which I did not put there) Anyway, three weeks later I went back again, my phone was there, but In a condition I did not hand it in, some incompetent person at the vodacom repair shop, thought it would be a good idea to try and remove the protective glass/plastic cover. So do you expect a client to take a phone and just shut up about it??? It's been a month and I still have no phone, I am paying for something I don't have. I've been a client at vodacom for 10 years, I have three contracts with them, and I must accept service like this??? I have emailed, I have phoned, just to still have a problem that is not resolved, What steps can I take against Vodacom? Thank you Danielle
