VODACOM - REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE!

I upgraded my cellphone package a month ago and since then the IPhone 4 has been returned twice. I have had the upgraded handset for not more than 10 days at most! The latest return was 12 October for a battery problem. Vodacom Repair store promised to escalate and replace with a new phone. A week later (20 Oct) I was contacted and told that they needed the security code to access the phone. UNBELIEVABLE! Could they not have phoned me. Despite being emphatic about not waiting any longer I just cannot get through the RED TAPE! Vodacom just emphatically refuses to give me a phone. I am paying subscriptions for NO PHONE!! I am at the point where I just feel like cancelling the contract. I am termed "a valuable client" on their system - WELL I would like to see how they treat their lesser clients!! Every time I have to go into the store I have to wait on average 3/4 hours. Being self-employed TIME IS MONEY for me - but Vodacom don't care about that.
