Shrugging Shoulders at early Debit & Incurred cost

I complained on 3 July via Customer services for an early debit which caused unpaid debits order fees. The response was that it would be escalated and the debit order changed. 1 week later no refund on bank charges. The Company is an impenetrable fortress via phone - no one to talk to only computers. No-one answers switchboard. I think client services is afraid to face irate customers for all of the stuff-ups caused by their company - maybe to stressfull for them. This is exactly the reason I left CEll-C, only to find the same work ethic at this Corporation. Welcome to the real world where nobody really cares.
