Vodacom 4u Carnival Mall is by far the worst branch I have ever been to.
I sent in my Sony Xperia for repairs, as the charging unit had been broken on September 25.The phone was returned on 30 September and no one informed me. I went to check if it had been repaired on October 30, to be told that my phone was beyond repair. What really made me angry is that no one bothered to tell me of this. The lady who was supposed to be assisting me on the day, was also just rude. I asked for the manager, but he decided to not attend to my complaint. I have had to go without my phone for more than a month, and no one had the decency to tell me, let alone be professional and apologise for this blunder. I will not be stepping into a Vodacom store anytime soon! And to think that Vodacom is my service provider- I am rethinking that too.
