W e opened our account in April this year, signed a 12 month contract. lt has been 3 months now and it's never worked. We had to get another servic provider so now we are paying two companies. l have contacted iBurst so many times and have been reffered to so many different people. First they our billing, the information on our account is different to the one on the application form.
Now we want to cancel the cotract and close the account, iBurst does not respond to emails or calls. This is the worst experience we've ever had in this company with a service provider. Our biggest mistake was ever signing this contract. iBurst could easily pass for the worst customer service in SA..
