Falsly Advertising WiFi capability

Dear MTN,

One of the advertisements in your current booklet shows an E3251 USB modem with the capability of connecting 10 other devices via WiFi to the modem. This plus 2Gb of data per month comes to R129 per month.

Finding this very acceptable, I have purchased this contract. Unfortunately I have not been able to make the WiFi capability work. I have been back to the MTN shop, and they cannot make it work either. They have referred my to a MTN service centre, which was also unable to help me.

It seems that this device does not support WiFi as advertised.

I think it is more than fair that MTN should provide me with the functionality you have advertised for the price you have advertised.
