Poor Service from Telkom for Look a Like Landline

Three weeks ago I applied for my Telkom land line to be moved to my new address. Upon arriving at my new address I had to find out that the lines will only be installed in October 2013. This is ridiculous. None of the people I spoke to at Telkom said anything about such a delay. I then had to find out from a 3rd party that you can get a land line look a like that does all the same things but don't need infrastructure. I then go to Telkom in Centurion Mall and they tell me there is no reception in my complex. I checked the website and coverage area that evening and found out we have good signal. There are also people in this complex who have the same service. I then try and get hold of Telkom in Boulders Mall and they don't bother to answer their phones or return messages. I then phoned 10210 and asked them to call me back as I want to get this service going urgently and still no call back. This is just plain down poor service. I expect Telkom to do something! I need the line urgently and no one seems to bother with their customers from Telkom.
