I wrote a long complaint about all the issues that I have experienced with Neotel on the 22nd of January 2014. The major issue is that these incompetent have successfully cut my line and stopped the payment on my account, but the email box attached to the account is still active.

I got a automatic / standard reply that the issue raised will be looked at urgently and feedback will be given.

I urge anyone reading this that is considering getting Neotel, to rather take the money on a monthly basis and throw it in the toilet and flush. You well get much better value.
