This is now the 3rd month - No Payment

This is the call I logged "To whom it may concern. (Since I have not received my last ticket number, I am "logging" this again, and again)" This is now the 3rd month in a row that I have not received my payment.
I have been to your offices twice - and I was assured this was resolved and back payment will be in on the 1st August. This is not the case. I have also noticed that your portal has changed from [URL Removed] to [URL Removed]
The first thing I noticed was that my bank was wrong ie ABN Amro Bank. Now knowing I have made sure every single month my banking details amongst other is correct. And the portal has changed that something has gone wrong with your data migration and it selected the first / default value.
Now how long must I still wait / be affected by this? When will this finally be resolved and all back payments made to me? This is what I got back
It is vital that you check your banking details are in order as once payments are made we do not re-issue payments if banking details were incorrect

I tried to resolve this after 12 calls - all ignored/dropped. Nice to see even when they mess up-the client pays
