R 3000 data bill

I received a R3000 data bill on my vodacom account this month.

I have called the call center and asked for a detailed breakdown which apparently i cannot get without writing them a letter and faxing it to them, surely you people have email and why can you not just send the requested breakdown to me!? It is MY account after all and ALL I am asking for is for you to explain how you come to this number!?

I was told that I used 1Gig of data out of my bundle (even if i did, do you charge R3 a meg!!!???).
You are happy to take people money but not so forthcoming when it comes to explaining your charges.

Can someone at Vodacom please provide me with an explanation without the attitude and without the red tape. I am your customer and I would like an explanation. I wouldn't think my issue unique and you do not know what to do???

A little bit of customer service would go a long way...
