Again residuals deducted but im handed ove

Again FNB decides to deduct R1600 x2 today from my savings. I was handed over to attorneys and have been making arrangements missed December payment only then I get a residual deduction in my savings account without being told.
I do not like the way FNB LEGAL department works, if you hand me over, you should let me deal with the third party and if I have been paying or have made arrangements with the third party then you cant just go into my savings account which is meant to pay my dependant fees without contacting me. I have not been paid or received my salary as yet and yet I get this sms that FNB RESIDUAL deducted R3200 today! Please FNB needs rectify this, and talk to the third party who they handed me over to before going to my account... please...
