Hidden costs and rude staff

On the surface this looks like a great and cost effective kids party venue - but beware the hidden costs! A 10% tip on the entire bill and you're only allowed 2 hours for the party. Even though the venue remains open later, you're then charged an additional R30 per child for no additional value!

I've attended previous parties here and there were staff allocated to keeping an eye on the children in the play areas, but that seems to be a thing of the past.

But the final straw for me, and the reason I won't be returning, was the rudeness of the staff. As the party clocked over 2 hours the staff became very rude and threw us out. I don't need to be abused at my own child's party in front of all the other parents. There are other venues that actually treat their customers with respect. Rather book there!
