Second Complaint about irreparable Blackberry!!!

I logged a complaint on 03 July 2013. Then quickly they responded and Blanche phoned me, she then told me she will look into the reason they say the Cellphone is irreparable and get back to me. And so I waited and waited and no one contacted me to tell me what is going on. I phoned the head office @ 011 324 8000 on 06 July 2013, asked for Blanche, so they said she can't get calls, they took my details for her to phone me back, and still I didn't get any feedback whatsoever. So now I'm done talking and asking, the next step will have to be taken!!!
