Dear Cell C

I sent my S3 In after the screen had somehow cracked, I explained to the staff that we had only had the phone for 5 days then and they sent us away, my previous complaint was dealt with by Blanche. She kindly checked our phone in for us and dealt with us like human beings. Thank you Blanche! So a month went by with no emails or calls and my boyfriend decides to go see if anything has been done. He arrives there and they give him the phone with no paper work, no explanation of the conclusion they had reached... nothing. So he asked them why we hadn't been contacted seeing as we are still paying for a phone we didn't get to touch for an entire month. The response they gave him was " We phoned your girlfriend, whats her name? Yes we spoke to her and she declined the quote to get the phone fixed" Check my phone records! I am with
Cell C I did not speak to anyone from cell c after my phone was sent in! I am disgusted by the staff lying to my boyfriend! I shouldn't have even been called for a quote the phone should have been fixed and the rude staff should have apologized!
