I am shocked at the new low standards that standard bank sets every week. If you want to see how an incompetent company is run the look no further than standard bank. Even though i get mail send to my home address every month, the moment i phoned standard bank insurance i was told by aletta ncuv that this address to which my mail is send does not exist and is not part of my standardbank insurance profile. Accccording to aletta ncuv i live at two other addresses. How difficult is it to sync your system so that the address to which my mail is send every week is also the address reflecting on my insurance profile
