SHOCKING SERVICE!!!

So it's been just over a week since my phone was and i'm still without a phone and UNABLE to get hold of ANYONE on the MTN Insurance number. My claim was approved on Monday (Cecilia called me back in response to my Hello Peter complaint btw). I only spoke to her once - when SHE called ME coz calling the insurance number is a waste of time. Since then we've been liaising via e-mail, which is frustrating! I've been spending most of my time trying to source a replacement phone for myself since my phone has been discontinued with MTN (I had to personally call several stores myself to find out whether they have any stock - coz the insurance department cannot check for me). The phones available to me at MTN are a DOWNGRADE to what I had, so I requested that the cash be paid out to me should I find my phone elsewhere. Cecilia advised (via e-mail) that this is possible upon receipt of a quotation from the supplier, which I sent to her on Tuesday. Since then I've had no response, which i've come to learn is quite the norm with MTN insurance. Tried to mail Cecilia again, but her mailbox is full. Been trying to call MTN Insurance via telephone but all I get is music as usual!!
