As per the "We will pay you R400 if we cannot beat your current insurance premium" ad, I was contacted by an Outsurance consultant (who kept on referring to my as "my dear", which I did not like at all) to try & better my current insurance monthly premiums.

After taking the time to go through all of the questions and details, it was clear that Outsurance could not only not beat my current monthly premiums, but not even come close to matching it.

The consultant told me that I would receive an e-mail with a URL, as well as a sms with a unique code which I should enter on the website. I received the sms, but no e-mail. Two days after that, I phoned Outsurance & asked for the URL again. As I started explaining the situation, the telephone line' mysteriously' got cut. I then phoned again, & asked the same consultant to confirm my e-mail address & re-send. I was assured that she would "make sure I get it". I still haven't received anything. Seriously, how difficult can it be to send an e-mail?

If Outsurance cannot even manage to send a single mail to the correct e-mail address (after two attempts), how am I supposed to want to be a Customer of theirs?
