Upgrade delivery 4 days late and no notification

I went to the Irene mall branch on the 1st of July to complete my upgrade process with MTN. After completing the necessary I was told the branch did not have stock after I was told they did have stock. the clerk ordered my device promising me delivery to their branch for pick up will take no longer than 3 days.

it has now been 7 days and the best answer I can get is this is not my fault. I was made a promise and was never even provided feedback that my device would be late I had to phone the branch myself to find out what was happening.

I have never had a bad experience with MTN up until but broken promises and an attitude that leaves a client wanting more is not something I expect from a service provider. The situation has been handled unprofessionally and with very little tact or initiative from the staff.
