We visited MTN Wonderboomsouth Junction in the first week of FEB to upgrade our contract... we were looking at the package of a Samsung Phone that came with a TV. We were told that the TV would take 2 weeks to deliver. The upgrade was processed and we were told the phone was not in stock. We were told they would call us back when we could pick up. A few days passed and we actually had to visit the branch to enquire when we would get the phone. No feedback was given and we were always in the dark

We eventually got the phone but it has been 5 weeks now since the upgrade and still no TV? We visited the branch today after numerous calls and promises from staff that they would call us back only to receive excuses from Abel. To top it off Abel was extremely rude to my son who was there to assist. He treated my son who is 23 like a child. Both my son and I are due for upgrades now and neither of us are happy with MTN!!! My son is in the process of opening 15 contracts for his staff but after such service we are disgusted with MTN client service

I have not received my TV which is part of my contract so should I be paying for this month?
