Still no delivery of smart device

I ordered a smart device (xbox 360) on the 7 th of Nov 2013. After numerous calls to them my device is still not delivered. They keep on promising me that they wil get stock soon, but nothing yet. I also have received three calls where they want to re process the application and i also had to phone in to cancel duplicate applications. They promise delivery of the device between 15 to 20 days, now they say that there is a stock shortage. I find it hard to believe that there have been no new stock for the past month. If you promise 15 to 20 days for delivery, then do it. Dont over promise and under deliver!
