No response or delivery on promised goods

I, recently, received an upgrade notification from Autopage. As I needed the upgrade, I promptly, visited the Autopage branch at Greenstone along with the account holder. We put in an order for a bronze iPhone 5s and was told that it would be delivered in 5 working days. Two weeks past with no contact from the consultants so we visited the branch, only to be promised that the phone would be delivered the following week. Three weeks has past and there has been no word on the delivery of the ordered cell phone.

After numerous phone calls to the branch as well as an email of complaint- there is yet to be an answer on the whereabouts of the new cell phone or when it will be delivered. I requested a word with the manager, who has been unavailable for a lengthy period of time. The consultants promise to return phone calls, but fail to do so. I find it hard to believe that it takes nearly a month to have a cell phone delivered when the general waiting period is 5 working days.

The poor service and broken promises has become frustrating and time consuming. Some answers and the new cell phone would be appreciated!!
