Payment made, but where is the stock???

My company placed an order with House and Home Bloemfontein branch on 25 Jan 2013 with sales person Zaidah for 5 black recliners. The Bloemfontein branch didn't have stock, so we were told that stock can be ordered, and we can make payment when it arrives. Zaidah said she will call us- no call received. On 5 Feb we called the branch to find out what is happening, we were informed that payment needs to be made before the stock may be ordered, so payment in full was done via EFT on 8 Feb and proof of payment was faxed. On 12 Feb we called to find out what is happening, we were told the stock would only arrive on 15 Feb or 18 Feb. On 18 Feb we called again, we were told the stock will only arrive on 25 Feb or 27 Feb at the latest. I called Zaidah now to find out when the stock was actually ordered from the warehouse, and she told me it was only ordered on 12 Feb. We have not received 1 single call from the Bloemfontein branch, we always had to call them to find out what is happening. This sloppy service is totally unacceptable. Surely if you give a delivery date you stick to it. I expect these recliners to be in Bloemfontein by 22 Feb, delivery 2 weeks after payment.
