Business & Finance

We recently bought an I pad through FNB actually in December 13. The unit started giving us problems a couple of weeks ago. I took the unit to Apple I store in Clear Water Mall, a lady by the name Jabulile assisted me, i told her the unit refuses to charge and it keeps on shutting down and refreshing and she told it looks like a software problem, two day later the unit came back from Core the company that fixes this units. When I got there the unit had was not fixed it still had the same problem it went back again then a Technician by the name of Eugene called he said we must replace this unit and i asked why he said because the only thing he could see was the minor dents on the corner of the unit, then I asked him did open the unit to test and check the components he said no he did not as they dont fix these units, then I asked him is really necessary to change the unit he said not really because this might be a software problem, he then said he will check it again, then we got another email that the unit is fixed ready for collection, still the problem persisted, We called fnb they were not very helpfull we were shafted from pillar to post they dont cover damages so why do we pay
