I have been an MTN customer for about 15 years. I recently lost my job and informed them about a month ago. I spoke to a call centre agent and informed me that I can migrate and she emailed me the relevant documents. I returned the relevant documents about 2 weeks later. I then speak to a different call centre agent and he advised i must emails him the form because nothing was done. I fowarded it to him again after two days of not hearing anything I phoned again spoke to Pricilla and she advised I must forward it to her as well. Which I did again. Last night I received a mail stating they can not do the migration. What the it takes you guys a month to sort out my migration. How do you train call centre agents or not at all. I do not expect a reply back within a day or so but please notify me within a month if possible!
