Hi Veronica,

I eventually upgraded online.
I contacted Siyabonga at MTNSP at 15:07 on the 05/07/13.
Please listen to the quality of that call.
How do you employ these consultants?!
Is quality not important to MTN?!

Apparently Siyabonga's Team Mangers Name is Louise!

The reason i contacted the call centre was to enquire what time the driver at RTT was going to deliver my handset, the reason for that was because the driver had contacted me at 10:30 advising me to have my I.D and proof of residence available as he was going to deliver around 13:30!

So a concerned customer contacts the call center And to receive Siyabonga's Blase attitude was so disappointing!
Why did he need to withhold his manager's details, and have me on the line and let me HEAR how his manager responds to my request asking to speak to her!
I contacted the call center around 15:07 and Siyabonga was going to call me and connect me RTT. to date neither his manager or the consultant has done this.
I'm beginning to have an awful experience with the quality of your service, my confidence in your ability to deliver quality service has diminished.
I will no longer be "singing your praises to all that can hear"!!!
