Telkom call centre absolutely useless

In June we moved houses and I phoned the call centre to ask them to move my line. The guy said it will cost R300 because of the ADSL, so I said fine. When I got my bill they charged me R1100 tranfer fee, plus they charged me for both houses. I phoned and the lady said R1100 is the fee for transfer, but she doesn't understand why they charged me for both houses. No one came back to me after I called 5 times.
Unfortunatly we had to move again, but we decided to cancel our line, because they are useless. When I phoned to cancel the line I asked them again why no one's coming back to me. She couldn't answer me and said my line will be canceled in 30 days. She also said they charge both houses when you move?
After not paying for 3 months (because no one can help me) someone phoned me to ask if I wouldn't like to stay with them.? I said no and explained everything. Then she said the transfer should be FREE and they shouldn't charge me for both houses. She confirmed that my line will be cancelled on the 7th of September.
Today I finally got a bill from them, charging me from the 7th of September - 3 October?
What to do??? No use calling the call centre.
