Falsely listing me

I had a contract with cell c and due to their poor service gave them the 30days notice to cancel my account and a consultant did contact me to verify the information. Month end of Nov I went to the Cresta branch to verify when my last debit order would be? He said my last payment has already been deducted so I dont owe Cell c and my number is on prepaid again now, mid Dec a consultant from Cell c calls and tells me that my account is in arrears that last payment was to be made by Nov gave her consent to debit my acc after the miss communication frm the branch and a penalty fee was also charged and I agree to pay it. I am now applying for a homeloan and my agent found that Cell C says that I am two months in arrears but I dont have a Cell c contract anymore how can I be listed then for something I paid off already? I called the call centre and requested something in writting showing I dont owe them anymore instead am being sent from pillaar to post with no one willing to assist, cell c is a corrupt company that just want to money out of people. And they should train and teach their consultant what customer service is, i want that letter.
