They do it again

Autopage has confirmed again that they are the most incompetent service provider in their industry. I have been complaining about them on this site several times without avail. On Monday I mailed them at [Email Removed] to which I received an automatic response that I would be contacted within 24h. Four days later and still nobody has come back which seems to be par for the course.
