Waiting over 2 days for feedback regarding upgrade

Hi,
After a few emails back&forth with Martha Mathibe (MTN) I decided to upgrade to a specific phone/package. She was however unable to further assist me and referred me to the GENERAL MTN email [Email Removed] for them to process the upgrade. I then had to RESEND all my information to this email address on 2 July 2013 at 11:00am. Since then I havent received any response/information from MTN regarding my upgrade.
I sent another follow up email to Martha on the 3rd of July 2013 at 10:00am.

I have not received any response and quite shocked at the fact that MTN has gotten so slack with feedback and assisting people during the upgrade process.

I am currently in Botswana for work and thus it makes it quite difficult to go to an MTN shop to sort things out. Best way to communicate is via email. Upon request I can also provide my Botswana cell number.

My initial reference number was 2314178.

I am coming to South Africa on the 12th of July and really hope that by that time I will be able to receive my new phone...

Looking forward to a more speedy response now.
