Upgrade Erro

I am so very disappointment as your system had an error, still does, by telling/showing me that I am due for an upgrade on the 12th of July, so I made arrangements at Cell C store to do my upgrade on the 1st of July, when the store looked on their system it shows that my upgrade is only due 1st of August? I called your call centre and they could see that the electronic notification does show the 12th of July? It is still showing my upgarde is the 12t of July? I have been with Cell C for 8 years can't believe this is the type of service I am receiving and I have three contracts with you? I really need a new phone urgently, so yes, I am so mad at the moment. Was so looking forward to my upgrade!!
