Still Awaiting Upgrade

Good Day, I am still waiting for Masesi to contact me regarding the upgrade. See previous reports below

False Upgrade

I have complained twice on HP site about CellC already. The first time I got a call from Sidefree who promised me that I would receive my upgraded phone by Monday 25/02/2012. After numerous calls to helpline, Upgrades Etc I complained again to HP. I then got a call from Masesi on 28/2/2013 who again took down my query and promised to sort this out. The next day I received an sms from cellc that my upgrade was successful and later Masesi called me asking what type phone I requested in the upgraded and I asked her to please email me the tracking number. On 1/03/2013 I receive a call from her saying that my upgrade is not due now. If that is so then why did I receive a call from CellC Direct on 16/02/2013 asking me to upgrade taking down all my details and saying my upgrade is through and I will receive my phone within 7 to 14 days. Why tell me I can upgrade, go through the process, tell me I will receive my phone and then later tell me not yet time to upgrade. Does Cellc have incompetent people working for them. If this is t
