Mtn Is turning out to be the worst provide

I have a contract phone with Mtn and so yesterday I wanted to find out when I can upgrade so I can get another phone but hen we wen n the store last night we were completely ignored and got the worst consultants ever.

When we approached the counter all the only 1 consultant was busy with a costumer and the rest were just hanging about and when we got to the one lady there we greeted her only to have her ignore and a the newspaper and start discussing something with her colleague this was totally unacceptable and the manager on duty there just did not care.

I regret ever taking the contract with them, and this was not the first time
