Very Rude

I was given the worst service ever by one of the consultants at the store on Saturday while making a purchase there, firstly I had to approach her for service, then she took almost the whole day to assist as she was busy with something else instead of attending to me she was busy making phone calls and moving me from one counter to the next, I totally felt humiliated and discriminated against even the other sales consultants could see what was happening and came to my rescue after her colleague humiliated me in front of the other paying customers, I would therefore like for this to be brought to her authorities attention and get her to apologise for ruining my day and wasting my time.
