Bad service from reception staff

As a customer I walked into the store to purchase a lock. The lady behind the counter was busy reading jokes from her cellphone to another employee, I greeted her, but she just carried on reading the joke and completely ignored me. I had to ask her to please stop reading and to attend to me, on which she just gave me a look. The other employee saw the lock in my hand, that I wanted to enquire about, on which he threw a similar one on the counter, without saying a word. On asking him whether they have card facilities, he simply pointed at the cashier counter and they went on with the conversation they had when I walked in. This IS the worst service I have ever experienced
