It seems Cell C just can not either train their Call Centre staff properly or they just don't care! My internet was down AGAIN, so I thought that my data might be finished & wanted to load some on my Speed Stick. I called to get the Speed Stick cell number & explained that to the 1st advisor & can you believe, she asked "what is the number of the Speed Stick? "!!! The 2nd person I spoke to in the technical section did help & gave me the number, etc. but when I called back to confirm, the 3rd advisor wanted to help me although I explained that I needed to speak to a technical person. He transferred me to the 4th advisor (technical) & she was completely useless! The 5th advisor was helpfull, but explained that they were having technical problems with the net! now... WHY COULD THE 1ST ADVISOR NOT HAVE TOLD ME THAT, BEFORE I WASTED TIME & MONEY LOADING DATA WHEN I HAVE MORE THAT 26GB AVAILABLE & 144GB AFTER MIDNIGHT! Seems I am just wasting my time & money with Cell C!
