Cancel my Telkom account

I tried numerous times to phone and even sent complaints on your website. I am trying to cancel my account because I moved on the 28th of June 2013 and there is no infrastructure where I live now. You have the wrong address and nobody can change it because they can't pick it up. I just received an sms for a technician appointment. YOU HAVE THE WRONG ADDRESS!!! I will not be held liable. And I will not try to phone again. It is costing me a lot of money and nobody can help. CANCEL THIS ACCOUNT: 0437402170. I will not pay anything after the 28 th of June 2013. T
