Failure to cancell ADSL account

On 17/04/2013 I sent Telkom a mail to cancel my 20GB capped account. Got the email address from my broadband forum from people that cancelled their account using the address before.
Got a response with my ref number #296781 and 5 minutes later got another mail "According to our records, your request has been resolved. If you have any further questions or concerns, please respond to this message."
After this I found that the account is still active and "ranger" from the mybroadband forum took this up with the managers and they later told him that the account was cancelled.
Now another month later and I'm being billed once again (that's now 2 months paying for a service that was cancelled according to the managers)
I would please want telkom to cancel the 20GB account and also credit my account for the 2 months I have not used their account, moved on to another ISP
