CANNOT CANCEL MY TELKOM SERVICE

I have been trying to cancel my service by phoning 10210 since the beginning of January as I moved from the premises on 28 December 2013 already and no longer need a telkom line
Every time I phone I either get cut off or hold on for half an hour to an hour and still no consultant is available to assist me. I have been doing this at different times of the day and it seems that there is just NO SERVICE at that call centre.
I have even tried selecting different options and still no consultant is available
Last week I submitted and online Bill enquiry and finally got a response via sms to use this e-mail address to cancel my service [Email Removed] I sent an e-mail and it bounced back as an invalid address,
I sent it again using small letters... bounced back again!!
I have already paid my account for January but will not pay any further accounts as it is not my fault that the call centre is not working properly.
How the heck is a person supposed to cancel your service if they don't do cancellations at their branch, the service centre never has consultants available and the e-mail address is invalid?
