Overcharged and ignored for MONTHS

I ported to 8ta in May 2012, selected Blackberry 9360 on contract 2 @ R208 per month, as advertised in the 8ta brochure. Since Dec '12, I have been charged a device fee (of R140 / R100 - varies). I have made over 20 frustrating calls to the call centre - manager Donovan was to come back to me but never did, I went to The Glen shop, spent over SIX HOURS with manager Frans who was to resolve, but never did. He referred me to area manager Lucia Mhlambo, who was going to revert in 48 hours in APRIL, but never did. Since last Monday I have left 8 messages for Jean van Aswegen, who was going to get back to me as soon as she'd downloaded my bills, but she never did! I've been pulling my hair out trying to get this resolved since January and not one person I've dealt with has bothered to return my calls or correct the issue. I really feel I've exhausted every avenue. Please help!
