My husbands 24 month contract expires on the 5th of Jan 14 he is due for a new device on 5 Nov 13, but when he went into the telkom store to pick up the device there was 1st of all no stock, and he was send to another store, then they couldn't give it to him because there some thing that has been lock on the computer through the call centre and they cant get into his contract to renew it, then after we spoke to several operators, a supervisor and a manager we had to left the store without a new device (we spent from 10:00 the morning until 17:30 in the store). They only phone you back and say we are still working on the problem, and then they cancel your contract without your permission, so he had no line for 5 days but is still paying for that line. So we went to the area manager which just moved it over to the branch manager again to sort out. We made so many trips to that store that we actually could have bought a new device. A week later my husband only received his phone. Now we are demanding to be compensated for our lost of income and all the things that we've been going through, we want another phone but now the emails sent to the area manager is just ignored... WHAT TO DO?
