Billed for BIS for the last 6 months

For months now I have had problems with mtn over billing me on my account. They charge me separately for my BIS, where it should be included in my contract. Every time they would send a email to head office and every time it will not be sorted out. June they credited some of my money back and this month again the same problem has occurred after it was told to me that it is sorted out now. I refuse to pay my account this month, because I struggle to get my money back. I am really tired of this problem and would like that it will be sorted out and that my account will stay correct.
