ACCOUNT ENQUIRY AT CELL C NOT SORTED OUT

I WAS OVER DEBITTED ON 30TH NOVEMBER 2012 BECAUSE CELL C DID NOT LOAD THE NECESSARY DISCOUNT AS PER MY INVOICE AND AS SPECIFIED ON MY 24 MONTH CONTRACT. AFTER BEING TOLD THAT THE PROBLEM IS SOLVED AND I WILL BE CREDITED, THE PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED YET. I AM STIL WAITING TO BE CREDITED. THIS IS THE 3RD MONTH NOW THAT THIS SITUATION HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED AND IT WAS A PROBLEM CREATED BY CELL C. THEY DIDNT DO THEIR JOB CORRECTLY AND I AS THE CUSTOMER HAS TO SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES. WHAT HAPPENS TO THE OTHER CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE BILLING PROBLEMS? MUST THEY ALSO GET TIRED OF QUERYING THEIR BILL AND FORGET ABOUT IT BECAUSE CELL C CANT SORT OUT A PROBLEM NORMALLY? I HAVE MTN CONTRACTS, THE 1 TIME THEY MADE A MISTAKE ON MY BILL, IT WAS SORTED OUT BEFORE MY INVOICE FOR THAT MONTH WAS DEBITED. CELL C SEEMS TO PROLONG A SITUATION INSTEAD OF SORTING IT OUT AND MOVING ON TO THE NEXT CASE. PLEASE ASSIST WITH THIS AS I HAVE WASTED MANY HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH THEIR CALL CENTRE, SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS, ETC. IT IS RIDICULOUS!
