I've been having persistent problems with Telkom Mobile ever since they renewed my existing contract. Firstly I re billed a migration fee of R400 which after two months was finally credited back to me, but had also noticed an additional R100 every month for the 10gb night surfer (which I am already paying for). After calling the call center from my MTN number (which I pay for every time) and asking for solutions im left hopeful after the employee on the other side assures me he/she understands my problem and it will be resolved within 24 hours and I will receive feedback, yet to no avail do I received confirmation my account is sorted out and yet again at month end the incorrect amount goes of and the calling and complaining to reassuring procedure starts.
5 months in and yet I've been over billed yet again, but this time (after Telkom failed to debit my account) I was handed over to a debt collector who promptly took out enough money to pay for 3 months of internet.
Yet again starting the calling procedure to find out why, but as a bonus Telkom suspended my account. Now that payment has been made im told it will take 14 days to reactivate my account?
