I contacted Bright Networks in order to request a technician to assist with our telephone system, the first thing that bothered me is the fact that they provide you with a toll-free number to dial, then when your call gets answered you are told to send an email - in no way do they speak to you or at least interested in just anwering a simple question, they insist send an email via their website. I send numerous emails requesting a technician to be send and requesting what the cost will be for the technician to come out to our premises. All I get in my inbox is a bunch of read receipts, no responses or calls, it is going for the second week now after my first request. How this company stays afloat in this economy with such service is just beyond comprehension. I do not even think that they will respond to this complaint, maybe they will just read it - who knows?!
