TELKOM ARE USELESS

Our lines at our shop and the entire centre have been down for 3WEEKS now due to "lines being " or some or other garbage story! We have consequently lost a measurable amount of business in the 3 week period! When phoning on a daily basis we just got told they do not know when the problem will be rectified! Anyway, to cut a long story short, because we did not have telephones or internet for that period I was not able to pay my account! They had the cheek to CUT ME OFF! I paid it in full R1000 extra and was told at 10h00 that it would take 30 minutes to activate it... it is now 13h10 and still no lines..and 15 people later on the line to Telkom..still no joy. I DEMAND A REFUND/CREDIT FOR THE NON USAGE OF THE LINES DURING THE 3 WEEK PERIOD. If I do not get this refund, I will be in contact with my Consumer Protection Act legal team!
