Lack of service from Telkom

Telkom's service or lack thereof, is absolutely appalling. We have been without fax, phone and internet lines since mid April this year and to date nobody can give me a proper answer as to when the situation will be sorted out. To make matters worse, these are business lines and not residential lines and we are losing income daily. There seems to be no urgency in trying to get our problem rectified.
