Completely incorrect account figures

It is day 2 of July. I have used 17mb of data as per my phone's information AND Vodacom's detailed data page information. I have made 1minute 23 seconds worth of calls since yesterday as per my phone's information AND Vodacom's detailed calls page... but Vodacom's account summary page indicates I have made 133minutes of calls and have used 800mb of data since yesterday (my entire bundle). This means I am unable to use any data short of buying a new bundle until the end of the month?

I called the customer 'care' and explained the situation, but she said as I am not the account holder I cannot make changes, BUT I have been in several times with the account holder (foreigner) with affidavits and done everything Vodacom has asked to be able to make changes/request information etc from Vodacom because the account holder lives outside of the country. Smiling person in the shop says all is ok and sorted, call centre says they have no proof of this, so they can't help. I want to say so many terrible things about Vodacom but I'd rather just get this rectified amicably. Please give me the number of someone who CAN help! I don't want a yes man to call. I want someone competent who can help.
