The tech was here for the telkom line and he went to the main pole and came back a sayd that its full so now its going to the cable guys and he cant do nothing, im very disappointed due to i struggled to take leave for 01/07/2013 so that they can come and install it to find that now its a waste of my time and my leave, why didnt they check that before they come to try to make a costomer happy? Why dont they make sure there is more than enough space for lines? They could have checked and made sure before they send a customer a sms telling them its gonna be a whole day appointment and for your new line thing? How long is this going to take now? I feel so disappointed, you cant imagin. This is what i emailed yesterday 01/07/2013 to to email adress [Email Removed] my first 2 emails to them isnt even mentuned and they could reply on that but till now no reply nothing. Its getting to the 3/07/2013 now, i bought a telkom router and payed a deposit of R700 on 27/06/2013 to get this tipe of service and the best of all is im a new client. Till now i dont know what is going on with my lines and telkom want me to pay for installation of bad service is the best of all.
